Dishwasher

Reports to the Shift Manager

 

Summary:  The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen area, food preparation equipment, and utensils.  Also responsible for the restaurant being immaculate and deeply cleaned at all times.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and organize dish, sink, and drain areas.

  • Follows proper dishwashing procedures.

  • Refill kitchen chemicals as needed.

  • Take out trash.

  • Clean floors and mop sink areas.

  • Operate cleaning machinery and maintain equipment.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Positive attitude and team player

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts 

  • Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs

  • Flexible work schedule

  • Willing to help wherever needed
